Shipping and delivery

Orders will be dispatched within one business day.

Our standard shipping rate is R100 country wide.

Orders are couriered directly to your provided physical address during office hours. Please ensure that the correct physical address and reachable contact number is provided. Orders sent to an incorrect address provided by you will unfortunately not be reimbursed.

You will receive a notification with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. Should you not receive a notification within 2 business days, please contact us immediately.

Kindly allow under normal circumstances, 3 to 5 working days for delivery from the time your order is dispatched.

Regarding failed delivery attempts, our delivery team will attempt to contact you three times, failure to which the order will be delivered back to our warehouse. An automatic transaction reversal including payment reversal will be processed. The reversed amount will be of the value of the goods purchased excluding the courier fee.
Returns and Exchanges
We strive to provide all our customers with the best service and product quality to ensure100% customer satisfaction.
Should you not be happy with your purchase, please inform us VIA our email address within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide you with the returns or exchange process to follow. The returned orders must be delivered to our returns delivery address for a full refund. Refunds are subject to our terms and conditions.
Please note that all returned product must be in the condition it was received – unopened and unused in its original packaging.
To request for an exchange please email [email protected] stating your reason for exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges will be processed in line with the terms and conditions and subject to stock availability.

The customer will be responsible for all return and exchange delivery costs.

When sending your item, kindly use our provided returns delivery address and contact number.

Kindly send to us VIA our returns email address, a traceable tracking number to enable us process the returns and exchanges in a timely manner.

Returns and exchanges will only be processed once the original product is received at our warehouse in its original and unused condition.

Our quality department will inspect the returned products to ensure section 4 above is in order.

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded as they have already been incurred. We will process refunds for the cost of goods only.

Products with factory faults will qualify for exchange within 30 days of receipt. Should we be out of stock on your requested exchange, a full refund will be issued to you.
